Pachem-Neut06

Neutralizing Amine for Crude Oil

General Information:

Pachem-Neut06 is a neutralizing amine as a support for corrosion inhibitor. Pachem-Neut06 is used in the oil refining industry for the neutralization of acidic components in the distillation, cooling and condensation processes of hydrocarbons.

Diethylamine content % (m/m) ≥ 98,5

Application:

Pachem-Neut06 is commonly used to combat corrosion in refinery crude column overhead systems by pH (acidity) controlling and providing suitable pH. Pachem-Neut06 supports action of NaOH and neutralizes sulfur and chlorine compounds.

Treat rate:

Typical dosage of Pachem-Neut06 is 5-15 ppm by weight to keep pH above 7,5 (preferably above 8,5). Pachem-Neut06 is completely soluble in hydrocarbons at the recommended dosage range.
Store in tightly closed containers in a well-ventilated, cool place. Do not store near sources of fire and heat. Do not store near acids and acidifying substances

Packaging:

Pachem-Neut06 is available in 200 l barrels.
