PBS                The product was developed as a result of the implementation of the project no. PBS3 / A1 / 15/2015 entitled "Innovative chemicals with the use of modified imidazoline for the refining, oil production, metallurgical and machine industries"                   NCBiR

General Information:

Pachem-C-1011R is a corrosion inhibitor for use in refinery industry, in particular for tubular-tower distillation . By the dosing  into the overhead vapor pipes and distillation columns reflux the Pachem-C-1011R protects against corossion the distillation columns , condensation systems and pipelines . Pachem-C-1011R is a  corrosion inhibitor of the film-forming type. It contains components that are forming a permanent layer on the  surface  wchich   prevents against pitting and  uniform corrosion .  Pachem-C-1011R is a mixture of corrosion inhibitors and surfactants in hydrocarbon solvents. It is a clear, homogeneous liquid of amber color.

Application:

PACHEM-C-1011R is designed to protect against corrosion of distillation columns, condensation systems and pipelines by dosing it into the vapor pipes and reflux of distillation columns.
It shows high anti-corrosion properties in relation to carbon and alloy steels even at low inhibitor dosage from 5 - 20 mg / liter, recommended 15 mg / liter, in   continuously, calculated on the volume of crude gasoline from  tubular-tower distillation (DRW).
Creates extremely durable layers that protect the surfaces of distillation columns, condensation systems and pipelines against corrosion, perfectly protects installation of  tubular-tower distillation DRW against uniform and pitting corrosion.
It shows no tendency to foaming, very good solubility in light hydrocarbon fractions - gasoline, creates a homogeneous solution resistant to storage.
It perfectly prevents the formation of an emulsion (the third phase - the so-called interphase) of hydrocarbons with water vapor.
Raw gasoline withdrawn from the distillation column is a clear liquid, without impurities and water.
The water condensate from the clarifier is a transparent liquid, without suspended solids and sediments, with a low chemical oxygen demand for the benefit of the environment.

Treat rate:

The recommended dosage is 5-15 ppm / gasoline continuously, which provides a corrosion protection of 60-90%

Packaging:

Pachem-C-1011R is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
