General Information:

Pachem-CR-1012_2 is a corrosion inhibitor for use in refinery industry, in particular for tubular-tower distillation . Pachem-CR-1012_2 protects against corossion the distillation columns, condensation systems and pipelines when dosed into the overhead vapor pipes and distillation columns reflux . Pachem-CR-1012_2 is a corrosion inhibitor of the film-forming type. It contains components that are forming a permanent layer on the surface wchich prevents against pitting and uniform corrosion . Pachem-CR-1012_2 is a mixture of corrosion inhibitors and surfactants in hydrocarbon solvents. It is a clear, homogeneous liquid of amber color.

Application:

Pachem-CR-1012_2 is designed to protect against corossion the distillation columns , condensation systems and pipelines by its dosing into the overhead vapor pipes and distillation columns reflux.
It is perfectly soluble in raw gasoline from tubular-tower distillation
• creates extremely durable films to protect the surfaces of distillation columns, condensation systems and pipelines against corrosion
• perfectly protects installations of tubular-tower distillation against uniform corrosion
• perfectly protects installations of tubular-tower distillation against pitting
• does not form an emulsion with water

Treat rate:

10-40 ppm, continuously, based on the volume of raw gasoline from tubular-tower distillation

Packaging:

Pachem-CR-1012_2 is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
