General Information:

DR_222_20 is an innovative demulsifier for oil desalting with a wide range of properties (paraffin and asphatylene crude oil), API both> 40 ° and <40 °, with additional anti-corrosion and anti-fouling properties. It effectively separates the emulsion into a clean hydrocarbon and water phase and lowers the viscosity of crude oil. It is effective in separating hydrocarbons and water also in other applications in the refining industry. It is fully ecological and biodegradable.

Application:

DR_222_20 is designed for electrodehydrators in the refining and oil extraction industries - for continuous dosing.

Before directing DR_222_20 to a specific refinery/mine, it is advisable to evaluate its functional properties and dosing from samples of crude oil / water obtained in EDH installation of the specific refinery / mine.

Treat rate:

Continuous dosing. Dosage of DR_222_20 is up to 200 ppm for dewatering and desalination processes in the electrodehydrators in the crude oil extraction industry. For desalination in electrodehydratores in the refinery industry, the DR_222_20 is dosaged up to 20 ppm.

Packaging:

DR_222_20 is available in 200 liter drums or 1000 liter IBCs. Other types of packaging are available on request.
