Pachem C-102G
Additives for Wellbore and Gas Pipelines
General Information:
Pachem C-102G is a thermodynamic inhibitor of hydrates and corrosion which is dosed continually in wellbore and gas pipelines. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors (liquid and volatile) create a durable protection layer on the surface of pipes and do not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media, containing CO2 and H2S. Pachem C-102G contains also alcohol and anti-agglomerants (AA), which prevent the agglomeration of hydrates. C-102G is a clear, homogenous liquid in a range of temperatures from -30°C to +55°C.

Application:
Pachem C-102G is meant for gas - water system which contains hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It protects wellbores and pipelines from corrosion pinholes and the creation of gas hydrates.
Pachem C-102G :
• is perfectly soluble in deposit water
• it creates a durable layer on the surfaces of pipes and machinery that protects them from corrosion
• its exceptional anti-corrosion qualities enables full protection from pinholes
• it prevents the creation of gas hydrates and its agglomeration
• due to the inhibitors exceptional properties crude oil viscosity is lowered thus facilitating its free flow
Treat rate:
Pachem C-102G is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 250-1000 ppm (by weight and deposit water).
Packaging:
Pachem C-102G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
