Pachem HCT-201
Thermodynamic Inhibitor of Hydrates and Corrosion
General Information:
Pachem HCT-201 is a thermodynamic inhibitor of hydrates and corrosion which is dosed continually in wellbore and pipelines of aggressive corrosive media, containing CO2 and H2S and chlorides. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors (liquid and volatile) create a durable protection layer on the surface of pipes and do not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media, containing CO2 and H2S. Pachem HCT-201 contains also alcohol and anti-agglomerants (AA), which prevent the agglomeration of hydrates. Pachem HCT-201 is a clear, homogenous liquid in a range of temperatures from -30°C to +55°C.

Application:
Pachem HCT-201 is meant for crude oil-gas-water systems that contain hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide. It protects wellbores and pipelines in oil well from corrosion and hydrates.

Treat rate:
Typical dosing of Pachem HCT-201 is performed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines using amounts of 50 -250 ppm (by weight).
Packaging:
Pachem HCT-201 is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
