PACHEM-C1012G
Corrosion Inhibitor for Gas Wells and Pipelines
General Information:
Pachem-C1012G is a corrosion inhibitor for gas wells to be dosed continually in gas - water systems. It is a chemical agent that offers corrosion protection, particularly in systems containing CO2, H2S snd chlorides. Specially selected corrosion inhibitors create a durable protective layer on the surface of pipes and do not allow for creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive environments. It is a mixture of corrosion inhibitors and surface-active agents that are dissolved in alcohol. Pachem-C1012G is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide range of temperature of -30°C do +55°C.

Application:
Pachem-C1012G is meant for gas - water systems that contain hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide and chlorides. It protects wellbores and pipelines in oil well from corrosion.
Pachem-C1012G:
• is perfectly soluble in water
• it creates a durable layer on the surface of pipes and machineries that protects them from corrosion
• its unique anti-corrosion activity fully protects steel surface from pinholes.
Treat rate:
Typical dosing of Pachem-C1012G is performed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines using amounts of 25 - 200 ppm (by weight).
Packaging:
Pachem-C1012G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
