Kinetic Inhibitor of Hydrates And Corrosion
General Information:
Pachem HCK-301 is a kinetic inhibitor of corrosion to be dosed continually in wellbore and pipelines. The inhibitor is a modern chemical agent which prevents the development of molecules of hydrates and slows down growth of already created molecules. It contains antiagglomerants (AA), which prevent the agglomeration of hydrates. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors create a durable protective layer on the surface of pipes and does not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media, containing CO2, H2S and chlorides, particularly containing 300 – 300000 ppm of chlorides. Pachem HCK-301 is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range of –30°C to +55°C.

Application:
Pachem HCK-301 is meant for crude oil - water systems that contain hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide. It protects wellbores and pipelines in oil well from corrosion.

Treat rate:
Pachem HCK-301 is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 300 – 800 ppm (by weight ).
Packaging:
Pachem HCK-301 is available in 20-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
