Thermodynamic Inhibitor of Hydrates and Corrosion
General Information:
Pachem HCT-201G is a thermodynamic inhibitor of hydrates and corrosion which is dosed continually in wellbore. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors create a durable protection layer on the surface of pipes and do not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media, containing chlorides, CO2 and H2S. Pachem HCT-201G is a mixture of liquid and volatile surface-active agents, dissolved in alcohol. Pachem HCT-201G is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range of -30°C do +55°C.

Application:
Pachem HCT-201G is meant for oil – water systems containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It protects surface of pipelines from pinhole corrosion as well as preventing the creation of gas hydrates.

Treat rate:
Pachem HCT-201G is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 2,2 g/m3.
Packaging:
Pachem HCT-201G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
