Multifunctional Summer Additive Package with Biocide Protect for RME Bioesters
General Information:
Pachem-BL_M is a multifunctional summer additive package for bioesters. Due to special selected constituents Pachem-BL_M has strong properties: anticorrosion, antioxidantion, deemulsification and antifoam. Pachem-BL_M is homogeneous liquid with amber colour, and remains effective in a wide range of temperatures.

Application:
Pachem-BL_M is intended for the refining of bioesters based on rapeseed oil (RME) and other oils (FAME). The package improves oxidation stability, prevents the formation of deposits in the engine and protects the bioester during long storage periods thanks to the presence of an effective mixture of antioxidants. FAME protected with a packet is characterized by high oxidation stability and does not show any corrosive properties.
Treat rate:
Typical dosing of Pachem-BL_M is 100-350 ppm by weight depending on the quality and origin of the esters. In the case of methyl esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids (RME), the recommended dose is 125-150 ppm m/m. In the case of esters other than RME, individual selection of the dosage amount is recommended.
The product remains liquid even at temperatures down to -30 °C, however, at temperatures below 20 °C, fine precipitation of some antioxidant components may appear. Therefore, it is recommended to store the product at a temperature >20 °C or to warm it up and mix it immediately before use.
Packaging:
Pachem-BL_М is available in 200 l barrels, in bulk or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
