Pachem-C-101
Corrosion Inhibitor for Oil and Gas - Concentrate
General Information:
Pachem C101 is a corrosion inhibitor for oil wells to be dosed continually in crude oil - water systems. It is a chemical agent that offers corrosion protection, particularly in systems containing CO2, H2S and chlorides. Specially selected corrosion inhibitors create a durable protective layer on the surface of pipes and do not allow for creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive environments. It is a mixture of corrosion inhibitors and surface-active agents that are dissolved in alcohol. Pachem-C101 is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide range of temperature of -30°C to +55°C.

Application:
Pachem-C101 is meant for crude oil - water systems that contain hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide and chlorides. It protects wellbores and pipelines in oil well from corrosion.
Pachem-C101:
• is perfectly soluble in water
• it creates a durable layer on the surface of pipes and machinery that protects them from corrosion
• its exceptional anti-corrosion activity fully protects steel surface from pinholes
Treat rate:
Typical dosing of Pachem-C101 is performed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines using amounts of 10 -25 ppm (by weight).
Packaging:
Pachem-C101 is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
