Multifunctional Additives Package for Bio-esters (RME and FAME) improving CSFT
General information:
Pachem-CSFT is an additives package intended for improving cold soak filtration test (CSFT) of bio-esters. Package contains detergents, dispergents and cold flow improvers preventing the precipitation of paraffins and the like components of bio-esters.

Application:
Pachem-CSFT is intended to improve the quality of bio-esters based on rapeseed oil (RME) and other oils (FAME). Package improves detergency and dispergency properties of biofuel and protects it during long-term storage. The bio-ester protected by Pachem-CSFT has a high oxidative stability and shows no corrosive properties. Pachem-CSFT considerably reduces filtration time in CSFT simultaneously reducing cold filter plugging point CFPP and pour point of bio-ester.
Treat Rate:
Typical dosage of Pachem-CSFT is 300-500 ppm weight. For bio-esters which show very poor CSFT, the dosage of Pachem-CSFT should be respectively increased. In case of storage at low temperatures, the product should be homogenized before use.
Packaging:
Pachem-CSFT is available in bulk, 200 l barrels, or 1000-litre tanks (IBC). Other types of packaging are available on request.
