Kinetic Inhibitor of Hydrates - Concentrate
General Information:
Pachem HK-401G_3N is a concentrate of kinetic inhibitor of hydrates to be dosed continually in wellbore and pipelines. It prevents the development of molecules of hydrates and slows down growth of already created molecules. It is a mixture of active Kinetic Hydrates Inhibitor (KHI) in alcohols, which possess thermodynamic properties and decrease the freezing point of gas/water system. Pachem HK-401G_3N is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range of -30°C do +55°C.

Application:
Pachem HK-401G_3N is to be diluted with methanol in 1:3 ratio. After dilution, it is meant for gas-water systems, that contain hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It protects wellbores and pipelines from corrosion.
Diluted Pachem HK-401G_3N:
• is perfectly soluble in water and crude oil
• it prevents the creation of hydrates and its agglomeration, it solves already created molecule
• application ready (after dilution 1:3 in methanol)
Pachem HK401G_3N is 2 to 5 times more effective than methanol.
Treat rate:
Diluted Pachem HK-401G_3N is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 0,5-1 g/m3.
Packaging:
Pachem HK-401G_3N is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre IBCs. Other types of packaging are available on request.
