Kinetic Inhibitor of Hydrates and Corrosion
General Information:
Pachem-HCK-301G is a kinetic inhibitor of hydrates and corrosion to be dosed continually in wellbore and gas pipelines. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors(liquid and volatile) creates a durable protective layer on the surface of pipes and does not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media, containing CO2 and H2S. Pachem-HCK-301G is a modern hydrates inhibitor including kinetic inhibitor type LDHI, which prevents against the development of molecules of hydrates and it slows down growth of already created molecules. It contains antiagglomerants (AA), which prevents against the agglomeration of hydrates. Pachem-HCK-301G is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range from -30°C to +55°C.

Application:
Pachem-HCK-301G is meant for gas-water system which contains hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It protects wellbores and pipelines from corrosion pinholes and the creation of gas hydrates.
Pachem-HCK-301G:

The presence of high class kinetic inhibitor of LDHI type in Pachem HCK-301G additionally decreases toxicity, by reducing the disadvantageous influence on our natural environment. The use of HCK-301G has a positive influence on the quality of gas, reduces transportation cost, eliminates or reduces the amount of breakdowns caused by the presence of gas hydrates.
Treat rate:
Pachem-HCK-301G is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 100-500 ppm (by weight).
Packaging:
Pachem-HCK-301G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
