Kinetic Inhibitor of Hydrates and Corrosion
General Information:
Pachem-HCK-302G is a kinetic inhibitor of hydrates and corrosion which is dosed continually to the wellbores and gas pipelines. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors (volatile and liquid) creates a durable protective layer on the surface of pipes and does not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media containing CO2 and H2S. Pachem-HCK-302G is a modern hydrates inhibitor including inhibitor of kinetic type LDHI, which prevents the development of molecules of hydrates and it slows down the growth of already created molecules. Pachem-HCT-302G contains alcohol and anti agglomerates (AA), which prevent the agglomeration of hydrates. Pachem-HCK-302G is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range from -30°C to +55°C.

Application:
Pachem-HCK-302G is meant for gas-water system which contain hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It protects wellbores and pipelines against corrosion pinholes and the formation of gas hydrates.
Pachem-HCK-302G:

Treat rate:
Pachem-HCK-302G is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 100-1000 ppm (by weight) preferable 100-500 ppm.
Packaging:
Pachem-HCK-302G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
