Thermodynamic Inhibitor of Hydrates and Corrosion
General Information:
Pachem-HCT-202G is a thermodynamic inhibitor of hydrates and corrosion which is dosed continually to the wellbores and pipelines highly aggressive media containing CO2, H2S and chlorides. A specially selected composition of corrosion inhibitors (volatile and liquid) creates a durable protection layer on the surface of pipes and does not allow for the creation of pinholes even in very aggressive corrosive media, containing chlorides, CO2 and H2S. Pachem-HCT-202G contains alcohol and anti agglomerates (AA), which prevent the agglomeration of hydrates. Pachem-HCT-202G is a clear, homogenous liquid with a wide temperature range of -30°C do +55°C.

Application:
Pachem-HCT-202G is meant for oil – water systems containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It protects surface of pipelines against pinholes corrosion as well as prevents the formation of gas hydrates.

Treat rate:
Pachem-HCT-202G is dosed continually into machinery working in wellbores and transmission pipelines in amount of 250-1000ppm (m/m).
Packaging:
Pachem-HCT-202G is available in 200-litre barrels or 1000-litre tanks. Other types of packaging are available on request.
